Property management contacted LG Electric after receiving a notice from their insurance company regarding outdated electrical panels that posed a potential fire risk.
To address the issue, LG Electric removed the existing subpanel and installed a new, code-compliant electrical panel equipped with modern circuit breakers. The upgrade was completed to meet current electrical safety standards and improve the overall safety and reliability of the property's electrical system.

Fiesta Market was damaged by a fire and has been closed since 2020. The owner is now preparing to reopen the business, and LG Electric completed a full electrical rewire of the entire building. All work was completed to code, with approved plans and permits.
The project included the installation of a new 800-amp, 3-phase switchgear, two 200-amp subpanels, and one 600-amp subpanel on the second floor. These systems provide power to the rooftop equipment, including cooler compressors, air conditioning units, and the exhaust hood fan. We also installed all required Title 24-compliant electrical components.

We were recently contacted by a homeowner who had converted their erstwhile single car garage into an expansive three unit space. Being conscious about their power needs, they required a cutting-edge solution, which led them to consult with us. As their trusted service provider, we installed Vine street 4 meter panels across all the spaces. Designed for high efficiency and performance, these panels were deemed ideal for this smart conversion the homeowner had embarked upon. We're pleased to share that their power supply needs have been streamlined effectively now with the new panel installation.

Today, we were contacted by a client who was experiencing difficulties with multiple lights being out, both in-store and on their exterior signage. To rectify the issue, we deployed a team from Les Schwab to install new LED lighting. We also enlisted LG electric to address the problem of the non-illuminated letters on the building's exterior. Their store and street sign are now noticeably brighter and are doing a phenomenal job attracting customers' attention. We're always ready to enhance our clients' visibility and promote their businesses with expertly implemented lighting solutions.

We were recently contacted by a homeowner, Aaron, who was in a bit of a pinch. His insurance company was threatening policy cancellation due to an outdated main panel in his home that was still relying on fuses. Recognizing the urgency, we quickly stepped in and installed a new 200 amp panel. Not only did this bring Aaron's home up to code, but it also ensured his peace of mind knowing he wouldn't lose his homeowner's insurance. Proud to assist in maintaining the safety and integrity of our clients' homes. #HomeSafety #InsuranceCompliance

Today, we were sought out by a customer needing assistance in enhancing their gym's electrical capabilities. Our solution to their problem involved the use of the reliable Square D products, installing a 100 amp 3 phase sub panel from the main switch gear across from the gym to the facility closet. This was not all, as we also installed a scoreboard inside their basketball gym and a dedicated 20 amp circuit, ensuring a seamless experience for users. We are glad to have been their choice for this electrical upgrade and continue to strive towards providing efficient solutions to all our customer needs. #ElectricalUpgrades #SquareD #GymFacility
